This replacement family house, on an exclusive private estate, enjoys a prominent view over Chichester Harbour. The design draws upon the Arts and Crafts forms of the original house, re-using such elements as the cat slide roofs and the arched front door, whilst fusing these forms and details with a more maritine boarded approach.
This project was completed by Trevor Pullen whilst at Neil Holland Architects, and received a Sussex Heritage Trust Award.
