We are delighted to have been commissioned by The Dean and Chapter of Chichester Cathedral to refurbish and remodel this elegant Grade II listed property.

Our scheme seeks to sympathetically renovate and remodel the existing building, whilst also removing the incongruous later timber addition, therefore reinstating the original scale and proportions of the building reverting back to its original form.

The existing palette of external materials and finishes which highlight the evolving architectural language of this property, will be retained, while the necessary repairs and refurbishment will be carried out using traditional methods and materials.
