A subtle design approach was adopted for the extension and refurbishment of this individual 1960’s property occupying a tranquil setting within the Chichester Harbour conservation area.
The property had evolved little from its original form, retaining many original albeit eclectic features. Our brief was to remodel this once tired property creating a light and airy family home conducive with a modern lifestyle yet retaining a nod to its original form, ensuring the property continues to sit comfortably within its surroundings.
This small-scale project now provides the desired accommodation for a growing family and is a further example of projects that can be commissioned on a cost-effective budget without compromising on design or materials.
