A contemporary design approach was adopted for the extension and remodelling of this 1970’s family home to provide the desired additional accommodation, while maintaining appropriate scale and proportions.

The interior spaces have clean lines and generous doorways in concert with tall curtain glazing and bi-fold doors, creating a sense of light and space greater than its volume.

This small-scale project provides the additional living space for a growing family and is another fine example of projects that can be commissioned on a cost-effective budget without compromising on design or materials.
